RomanceRomance represents all that is purely romantic, before the invasion of sensuality, sexuality and eroticism. It reflects the characteristics of the romantic: idealistic, sentimental and excitable. RomanceRomance is like a chaste and romantic kiss, a brush of the lips against the forehead conveying that one is truly liked. It is the essence of the romantic's preoccupation, deriving great pleasure from romantic adventure.

If you haven't read the book of Song of Solomon in the King James Version of the Bible, you will revel in that exquisite, deeply moving declaration of love. It is from that pronouncement that I take the title of my first RomanceRomance chapbook.
"A bundle of myrrh is my well-beloved unto me....", proclaims one of the absolutely mesmerized lovers in that ancient manuscript.
