Print order form below (highlight only the order form itself to avoid printing whole page and use your draft setting to save ink), or write your order on a piece of paper. Sorry, this is not an Internet submission form.

Please print with ink. If I can't read your writing, I can't ship order or return payment if necessary. Ship to is your address.

Include your e-mail address and I will inform you when your order has been shipped.

Prices include all charges. Simply add the per-item costs for your total.

Enclose money order or cashier's check for payment. In the future checks, credit cards and Internet orders may be accepted. Thank you for your patience and understanding during my growth period.

HWP is closed for the holidays on Thanksgiving Thurs. & Fri., from Dec. 23 through Jan. 2, Memorial Day, Independence Day & Labor Day. If your order is received on any of these dates, it will be processed on the following open date.

HWP is also closed for vacation and catch up during the month of June. If your order is received during the month of June, it will be processed ASAP in July.
